Being part of Consultadd has been a transformative experience for me. From the moment I joined, I felt a strong sense of belonging. The company's open-door culture and emphasis on mentorship allowed me to grow both technically and personally. I always felt supported by my colleagues and leadership, who were approachable and genuinely invested in my success. Consultadd gave me the platform to work on diverse projects, expand my skills, and build confidence in my abilities. It’s a place where your contributions are valued, and you’re encouraged to push boundaries, which made me feel empowered and appreciated every step of the way.
I can't pinpoint the exact moment when I became fascinated with technology. But the closest I can remember is around the time my dad gifted an iPod touch to me and my brother that we both shared. The touch was unlike any other device, no lags, the User Interface friendlier than Canada haha, and of course, all our music in one place. This was the first device I ever owned that I can say changed the meaning of technology for me - from some machine that you use to get work done to something you can call your own. This fascination somehow grew like a tree over the years to when I finally went to college and chose Computer Science as my major. Compared to my peers who geeked out on sci-fi and gaming, I geeked out on silicon-valley folklore and how the world has changed with the growth of tech. In fact, the only piece of decoration in my room back home was a framed poster of Steve Jobs with the infamous Pirate vs Navy quote.I wanted to be a good software engineer but never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined getting my badge photo clicked at One Infinite Loop, former Apple HQ, which I read so much about as a teenager and attend meetings at Apple Park, current HQ, a place that looks like it\'s 30 years ahead, into the future. To be completely honest, I never had the confidence that I might one day work amongst the brightest teams in the one of the best tech companies in the world AND in silicon valley. But one small step after another led me in the right direction.Clearly, someone was on point when he said, \\\"You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. "Mayank is an extremely lively person who is a tech maniac. He literally breathes the technology and to the date wonders about his own miraculous journey from an iPod in hand to Apple meetings at Valley. He admires Mr.Jobs and has rightly followed his footsteps.‘Voices of Consultadd’ is a dedicated arena to freely voice our accomplishments, struggles, opinions; to share our stories.’

FAQs
Consultadd is a U.S. IT staffing and workforce company. It supplies pre-vetted technology consultants to staffing firms and enterprises on contract and corp-to-corp terms, and trains early-career technologists through its own program before placing them with U.S. clients.
Consultadd works with staffing agencies filling contract IT requirements, direct employers hiring technology talent, and technologists seeking training and placement in the U.S. market.
Consultadd has operated in U.S. IT staffing since 2016, working with staffing firms including Robert Half, Insight Global and Frank Recruitment Group. That period covers full hiring cycles, contractions and recoveries, rather than a single market.
Consultadd staffs technology roles across cloud, data and application development, including AWS and Azure engineers, Java and Python developers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, AI and machine learning engineers, QA engineers, and full-stack developers.
Consultadd supports contract, corp-to-corp, contract-to-hire and full-time placement. Contract and C2C engagements make up the majority of placements, which is where its pre-vetted consultant pool is used most.
Consultadd consultants hold Green Card, H-1B, H-1B transfer and EAD status. Authorization type is verified before a consultant is presented, so it can be confirmed at shortlist rather than at offer stage.
Every consultant is screened by a technical recruiter, with work authorization, notice period, availability and prior project detail confirmed before presentation. A significant share of the pool has also completed Consultadd's own training program.
Consultadd runs a training program for early-career technologists covering in-demand U.S. enterprise stacks, followed by placement support. Many consultants placed through Consultadd came through this program rather than being sourced externally.
