From first conversation to final deliverable
Consulting engagements vary in scope and duration — but every one follows the same discipline: understand the problem clearly before recommending anything, and stay accountable through to the outcome.
Define the problem, stakeholders, constraints, and success criteria. For proactive engagements, this means understanding what decision needs to be made or what initiative needs guidance. For reactive engagements, it means diagnosing what's not working and why before recommending a path forward.
Evaluate the current state — technology, processes, vendors, and organizational readiness. Gap analysis, risk identification, and benchmarking against government IT best practices. No recommendations are made until the assessment is complete.
Deliver a clear, actionable set of recommendations with defined options, tradeoffs, and a prioritized roadmap. For architecture engagements, this includes technical blueprints. For procurement decisions, this includes vendor evaluation frameworks and acquisition strategy guidance.
For engagements that extend into execution, we provide hands-on project management, vendor oversight, and technical guidance through delivery. We stay accountable to the recommendations we made — not just the advice.
Compliance frameworks we work within

Both. We embed with internal teams as often as we operate independently. The working model is defined at scoping based on your agency's preference and capacity.
Yes. We provide independent vendor evaluation, RFP development support, and acquisition strategy guidance. We're platform-agnostic — our recommendation is based on your requirements, not vendor relationships.
With an honest assessment of the current state before recommending anything. We diagnose the root cause first — whether that's technology, process, vendor performance, or organizational factors — and present options with clear tradeoffs.
Both. Some clients need a clear roadmap and then execute internally. Others need us to stay on through delivery. We scope for either model and can transition from advisory to implementation support mid-engagement if needed.
consultants have worked inside government IT environments — they understand procurement constraints, compliance requirements, legacy system realities, and the organizational dynamics of public sector agencies. Recommendations are grounded in what's actually achievable, not just what's theoretically optimal.
Available through GSA Schedule and CMAS with pre-negotiated rates. For engagements outside those vehicles, we scope by deliverable or time-and-materials depending on the nature of the work.
